Planning a wedding or special event? We make beverage planning easy and stress-free — from your first inquiry to the last bottle returned.
1. Request an Appointment
Getting married or hosting an event? Start by requesting an appointment using our form below. One of our team members will get in touch to help you plan the perfect drinks package for your special day.
2. Get a Personalized Quote
At your initial consultation, we’ll:
- Guide you through our delivery and return options
- Provide a custom quote based on your needs
- Answer all your questions about our products and services
Clear pricing. No surprises.
3. Confirm Your Booking
Once you're ready to book:
- We’ll confirm availability and secure your date
- A €500 deposit is required (deducted from your final bill)
- If you choose delivery and same-day returns, availability may be limited — we recommend booking at least 6 months in advance for weddings
4. Finalize Your Order
Three weeks before your event, we’ll reconnect to:
- Review your order and quantities
- Finalize any details or changes
- Ensure everything is set for the big day
This meeting ensures your beverages arrive exactly as needed.
5. Delivery or Collection
We’ll coordinate logistics directly with your:
- Venue
- Planner
- Best man or maid of honor
- Or any designated contact
Prefer to handle it yourself? You’re welcome to collect the order from our store.
6. Returns Made Easy
After your event:
- Our team can collect unused bottles (sealed, undamaged, and unchilled)
- A stock take will be done with a contact person of your choice
- Alternatively, you can return items yourself within 2 days
7. Final Settlement
After we process any eligible returns and issue a credit note, the remaining balance is due within 3 days of your event.
